Pragma supports JZ International in Godrej Consumer Products investment

The Pragma team is pleased to announce that JZ International has acquired Godrej Consumer Products UK Ltd, with Pragma supporting the deal.

JZ International, a leading pan-European private investment business based in London, has acquired full ownership of Godrej UK.

Godrej UK has a portfolio of personal care and beauty brands, including Pro:voke Touch of Silver, Cuticura, Inecto and Soft & Gentle which are well established in the UK and international markets.  The company also distributions the Bio Oil and Riemann P20 brands in the UK.

Pragma UK supported JZ International with commercial due diligence.  Pragma has built significant expertise in beauty and personal care, working on a number of projects in this space in recent years.
