Pragma creates global specialist property offer with FSP integration
Pragma is launching a new property offer, with the integration of FSP into the business. Retail and leisure property experts, FSP, also part of the St. Ives Group, officially become part of Pragma on 1st August 2018.
Pragma’s enhanced capabilities are set to support clients globally on their property strategies. FSP brings its industry-leading portfolio of retail property services, working with investors, developers, asset managers and retailers across Europe. The property team will be led by Ken Gunn FSP’s current MD, reporting into Alex Avery, MD at Pragma’s existing Airports and Commercial Spaces division.
The move comes at a time when rapid change in consumer demand is making long term property decisions increasingly complicated. The new property division will help clients navigate the disrupted property environment, combining Pragma’s strategy expertise and global insight, with FSP’s market-leading services.
Pragma CEO, Tom Holt, said, “It’s the start of a new chapter for Pragma and a real investment in our product offer as well as enhancing our thought leadership. We’re naturally thrilled to be bringing FSP’s world-class expertise into this combined offer. At the same time, bringing everyone together in our new Soho offices allows us to continue to attract the best talent while broadening opportunities for existing employees.”
Ken Gunn added, “This move is a compelling way to strengthen our combined proposition for existing clients, as well as expand our industry leadership and reach. The new property division enables us to absorb global capability and skills while strengthening our insight and creativity. We’re excited about this next phase and the benefits it will bring to our clients.”
