We are pleased to announce some exciting news

Pragma has been a subsidiary of St. Ives Plc since 2011. Our parent company rebranded to become Kin + Carta Plc last August as it embarks on a new chapter following the divestment of all legacy print related assets.

As part of this new chapter there will be some significant changes to the existing Pragma offering in order to position the business for further success. The following changes came into effect from August 1st and this will not have any impact on the existing work undertaken by our team.

  • Alex Avery will become CEO of Pragma and the business will focus on its unique offering of commercial strategy, insight, and investor services to asset managers, operators, and investors in travel retail and commercial property, both in the UK and globally, with its headquarters remaining in London

  • Helene Mills will take the strategic consumer insight team to sister consultancy, Incite, to focus on retail and leisure and expand this offer across their Global offices in London, New York, Singapore and San Francisco

  • I will become CEO of Kin + Carta Advisory, a new entity which will take the commercial due diligence and strategic advisory teams from Pragma in the UK and US. In addition to its Commercial Due Diligence offering, this entity will develop a new consulting proposition that draws on the digital, data and technology capabilities from across the Kin + Carta sister companies, with offices in London and New York, working across consumer, health and financial services sectors. Dan Stolarski will continue to lead our US practice, now Kin + Carta Advisory US, with Ralph Fernando leading the strategy work, offering a unique agile approach to strategy development

All will remain part of Kin & Carta Plc.

This has been a long-planned transition and we do not envisage any disruption to our clients with the same teams being committed to current projects. We will take this chance over the summer and early autumn to visit our clients to discuss these changes and the relevance of these strengthened services. We thank you for your support for Pragma to date, and look forward to more successful working relationships in the future.

Best Regards,
Tom Holt
CEO
